Anthem isn’t one place — it’s six neighborhoods with two HOAs and one steep desert ridge. We work both sides of I-17 every week, and we know which yard needs to pass an inspection and which one just needs the granite raked clean before the in-laws drive up.
- Country Club / ACCCA standards. Granite raked, lantana off the sidewalk, palms skirted on schedule, no violation letters.
- Parkside / APCA homes. Smaller turf, larger desert beds, more room to play with color — we maintain both sides of the freeway the same week.
- Daisy Mountain monsoon prep. Mesquite and palo verde pruned in late winter so the August storms don’t take a limb through your patio cover.
- New River, Tramonto, Cave Creek. Anything within ten minutes of Anthem Way and I-17 is on our regular route.

- Yes. We service homes in both Anthem Country Club and Parkside, and we know what each HOA expects — clean granite, no overgrown lantana over the sidewalk, palms skirted on schedule. We don't leave a yard in a state that earns a violation letter.
- Flat monthly billing is what most customers prefer — same number every month, easy to budget. Per-visit is fine too. We invoice on the 1st for the month ahead.
- Late winter or early spring, well before monsoon. We structurally prune so the canopy doesn't catch wind and drop a limb on the cars. Trimming in July is a last resort — the tree handles it worse and so do we.
- Yes — New River, Tramonto, Desert Hills, the north Cave Creek corridor, and parts of north Phoenix off Carefree Highway. If you're roughly within ten minutes of I-17 and Anthem Way, we're a fit.
- Yes — Arizona ROC landscape contractor license, plus general liability insurance on every job. Happy to send the certificate to your HOA management company on request.
- We repair settled travertine, re-sand pavers around the pool deck, and add small patio extensions. Full pool builds we leave to the pool guys, but the deck around it is in our wheelhouse.
