How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
Daniel comes out, walks your yard, and looks at what it actually needs — granite, drip, trees, turf. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.
You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons, no hidden fuel surcharges.
Once we start, the same small crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched, and the granite raked clean before we leave.
Built for Anthem
Anthem isn’t one place — it’s six neighborhoods with two HOAs and one steep desert ridge. We work both sides of I-17 every week, and we know which yard needs to pass an inspection and which one just needs the granite raked clean before the in-laws drive up.
Our weekly route
Anthem & the north Phoenix corridor
Schematic, not a survey. Star marks Anthem proper at I-17 & Daisy Mountain Drive.

Most of these are weekly customers across Anthem and Cave Creek. The yard looks like this between our visits — that’s the point.

In their words
Long-time customers in Anthem who put up with us showing up every week — rain, shine, or 113° in July.
Daniel handles the front yard at our Country Club home and passes HOA inspection without a note every time. Quiet, on-time, and the granite always looks freshly raked.

We had a mesquite drop a limb during the first monsoon last year. Daniel came out the same evening, cleared it, and trimmed the rest of the tree the following week so it wouldn't happen again.

Switched from a big national company to DD after a neighbor in Parkside recommended Daniel. Same crew every week, fair pricing, and he actually picks up the phone.
